We are an experienced group of people who are passionate about efficient building and great design. Contrary to today's common building practice where various components of the process are undertaken by separate firms and contractors, often with cross purposes and uncoordinated results, our team methodology combines the intelligence of the designer, contractor and artisan integrated into a collective effort, producing projects which are well designed, efficient, and sustainable.

The ETFI team effectively resolves building challenges over a wide variety of project types. We employ our own craftsmen and artisans, who have extensive experience and training in their various trades. We find it much more efficient to build using our own trained workers, who report directly to our supervisors; our team approach brings continuity and control to the process.

For over thirty years we have been building private estates, boutique commercial projects, multi-family and resort properties. Whether building our own designs or working on projects designed by others, our background of collaboration provides an experienced perspective resulting in cost and time efficiencies, and the highest quality control.
