IPR Northeast is a full-service underground utility repair and rehabilitation infrastructure contractor with 30 years of experience providing underground utility trenchless rehabilitation capabilities. IPR's means and methods allow for the completion of underground repair or replacement projects with minimal surface and environmental disruption which limit traditional "dig and replace or open cut" methods.
