We are students, running a 10 acre organic farm at Midland School in Los Olivos, Ca. We learn what it takes to farm and get to understand where our food from comes and the hard work involved from the farm to the table. Composting allows us to reduce waste while improving the health of the soil. Connecting with the land and being aware of nature cycles is a very important part of our education.
