At MOCA, innovation is in our DNA. Our company was founded in 1999 around construction simulation software developed at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). We currently provide complete Owner Representative Services to clients with capital programs. Our vision is to deliver quality solutions to our clients' most challenging design and construction problems. We are a relationship focused group of professionals providing leadership to clients with large, complex, politically messy projects through our specialized Early Project Definition and Alignment services. We augment our services with innovative software technologies that help the team address complex construction challenges.
