River Garden Farms

River Garden Farms has been family owned and operated since 1964. Located in Northern California's fertile Sacramento Valley, our 15,000 acres lie on the west side of the Sacramento River in Yolo and Colusa Counties, about 25 miles northwest of Sacramento and 100 miles northeast of San Francisco. Our crops, consumed throughout the world, include corn, walnuts, rice, alfalfa, sunflowers, safflower and wheat.

Today, River Garden Farms is directed by second- and third-generation owners with a long-term vision and strong commitment to the community and the environment. Simply said, we believe in taking care of the land, environment, and community that so greatly take care of us. We actively pursue involvement in environmental and community outreach projects. River Garden Farms is responsible for tens of millions of dollars of commerce annually in the local economy by way of its employment, equipment and supply purchases, and merchandising efforts.
